Beatrice has a wealth of training and capacity-building experience spanning over 10 years in entrepreneurship, business development, life skills, agribusiness, youth career mentorship, and business development services in Kakuma in Turkana West, Turkana County, and across Kenya. Beatrice has recently delivered entrepreneurship skills training for the Danish Refugee Council in Kakuma, entrepreneurship and life skills training for Swiss Contact in Kakuma, entrepreneurship and marketing training for World Vision in Kakuma, agribusiness, life skills, and youth mentorship for GIZ in Kakuma, business development services training, and mentorship for Micro and Small Enterprises Authority (MSEA) in Lodwar, Business entrepreneurship training for AYDEN Consulting, Life skills TOT training for AAR Japan in Kakuma, Life skills training for Kenya Youth Employment Opportunities Project (KYEOP) in Lodwar, Lokichar and Bungoma. She has also delivered Business Development Services training for Dan Church Aid – DCA in Kakuma and Entrepreneurship training for Malteser International.
Beatrice is a business coach and leader with a keen interest in sustainability, business resilience, and economic empowerment for special and marginalized groups. She has experience in both public and private sectors and she is based in Kakuma. She values effective communication, professionalism, creativity, respect, resilience, teamwork, and diligence.
Beatrice is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Counselling Psychology from Northwestern Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from the University of Nairobi.
