How long does it take to respond to a call for consultancy services?

There shall be NO hidden terms and conditions. As parties, Knowledge Insight Associates and our clients shall have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of the engagement, including the scope of work, the duration of the engagement, the fees and payment terms, the roles and responsibilities of each party, and any other relevant terms and conditions. These will be outlined in a contract or agreement that both parties review and sign before the engagement begins.

It is important for clients to thoroughly review the contract or agreement before signing and to ask questions or seek clarification on any terms or conditions that are unclear or ambiguous. Likewise, we shall always be professional, transparent and forthcoming about our fees, services, and any other terms and conditions that may impact the engagement.

What are the fees for overseas consultation?

Our structure of fees for overseas consultancy services can vary depending on the specific services being provided, the nature of the engagement, and the market conditions in the client’s country. The structure of our fees for overseas consultancy services may include either or a combination of (Fixed Fee, Hourly or Daily Rate, Retainer Fee and/or Success-Based Fee).
